I’m Jean-Baptiste Matte and I live between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, where I help people across the world to build their digital product.

Bonjour! Thanks for stopping by. I’m Jean-Baptiste and I’ve been doing technology things for a couple of years now.

I am entirely involved in all the stages of creating full systems & products which integrate multiple technologies, from the initial idea to go to market, taking care of scalability, performance and efficiency.

Like any good and passionate developer, I enjoy discovering new framework & technologies and I create a lot of projects without finishing them :)

Find below some projects I'm proud to be/have been be part of :

• Co-founded Enovap - the smartest personal vaporizer. I was the Head of Engineering for 7 years and I defined product vision for e-commerce, mobile apps, and web based platforms. I was also involved in the process of fund raising (+6.5M€) as technical expert.

  Coolest entreprenarial experience started at 22.

• Tech lead for Union School - the new bilingual school of excellence in Paris. I took this project from scratch to create a digital environment for the School.

• Tech lead for PoliceStudio - an illustration and global Art Direction studio. I worked on many projects with Eliote and Vincent for various clients and I had the freedom to choose the appropriate technologies. This experience learned me a lot of UX/UI concepts and rules.

I try to contribute as much as possible to open source projects or to help local merchants solve their digital problems.
